Quotations
Supplier prices, freight rates, exchange rates and lead times may change until confirmed by written order documents and supplier acceptance.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for confirming specifications, destination import requirements, certifications, labeling and payment approvals before production begins.
Quality control
Inspection services reduce procurement risk but do not remove all manufacturing, shipping or compliance risk. Findings are reported based on the inspection scope agreed for the order.
Governing language
Where translations differ, the English commercial record controls unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
